Olympic Alternative High School, Phase I, Mt. Diablo Unified School District

Construction of 10,000 sf of classrooms, three daycare areas, boys and girls restrooms and program administrative offices for the District’s Crossroads Program supporting the District’s program  for teenage mothers. Work included two buildings, fire alarm, low voltage, data, phone, speakers and clock systems, state of the art closed circuit TV surveillance of daycare rooms from administration, as well as ornamental fencing, benches and landscaping for student relaxation and use.

Olympic Alternative High School, Phase II, Mt. Diablo Unified School District

Construction of 12,500 sf of five new classrooms and administrative spaces for the District’s alternative high school.  Work included new buildings, fire alarm, power, data, phone, clock, speaker systems.  New fencing gates and other site utilities work completed. Second phase of original project.

Riverview Middle School, Mt. Diablo Unified School District

Project included the removal of existing portable buildings used as a counseling center and a new counseling center was provided.  Project included extensions of existing utilities, new fencing,  AC paving, upgrade of  fire alarm system, data, clock, speaker and phone systems.

Mt. Diablo High School Weight Room Classroom, Mt. Diablo Unified School District

Project included the removal of an existing portable building used as a weight room, and the installation of a new 2100 sf open plan weight room, with vaulted ceilings to accommodate district’s expanding weight training program.  Project included extensions of existing utilities, revisions to the site drainage to accommodate site run off, new AC paving, upgrade of fire alarm system, data, clock, speaker and phone systems.

Mt. Diablo High School Dance Classroom, Mt. Diablo Unified School District

Project included the removal of an existing portable building used as a dance studio and the installation of a new 2100 sf open plan dance studio with vaulted ceilings to accommodate district’s dance program.  A full length mirror/ballet bar wall was provided for to allow the students to perfect their form. An ADA compliant hi-low drinking fountain was provided. Project included extensions of existing utilities, revisions to the site drainage to accommodate site run off, new AC paving, upgrade of fire alarm system, data, clock, speaker and phone systems.
